Each advert/listing must contain details of only one property in Ghana. We may split multi-property adverts into single-property listings or disable listings that breach this requirement.

Charges and Payments

All charges and payments for services on GK Properties are non-refundable.

Your Responsibilities

GK Properties is a platform that facilitates listings; agents prepare Details and handle enquiries. We do not participate in transactions and accept no responsibility for accuracy of agent-provided Details. You should perform your own due diligence, instruct a surveyor and obtain legal advice before committing to a purchase.

Availability of Website

We aim to keep the Services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the Services without notice and accept no liability for downtime.

Third Parties

Our site may link to or contain third-party content and advertising. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or advertisements and accept no liability for inaccuracies in third-party data or ads.

Disclaimer
